And the winner is…

The winners of Kathryn’s Butterfly cakes were the lovely folk down at Dog Fish. The delightful Dickon took delivery of the cakes and handed over the winning bid of £3; an absolute snip you’ll have to agree.

Chef: Kathryn Wright

Quantity: 6 Butterfly Cakes

Ingredients: Butter, Eggs, Flour, Bicarbonate of soda, Sugar, Icing sugar.

“To me butterfly cakes seem to be quintessentially English. They’re the cakes i bake most often so i hope whoever gets them, enjoys eating them as much as i enjoyed baking them, at 6am this morning!!”

*It’s probably safest to assume that these cakes are not allergy friendly. They may contain nuts and are not suitable for Vegans unless specified.
